Branch Operations Updates due to COVID-19

As of June 1, 2020 we have resumed pre-COVID 19 business hours at operational branches. Please check our branch listing for specific hours of operation for your branch of choice.

Limited Lobby Access

We have limited lobby access at 27 previously announced locations, but are providing by appointment options, drive-thru and ATM services.

Temporary Branch Closures

Two of our branches, Santa Barbara and Pacific Palisades remain temporarily closed as we work to adhere to government guidance to stop the spread of COVID-19. These temporary closures will remain until further notice.

We are taking measures to assist our customers and provide relief from hardships during this difficult time by temporarily waiving or refunding certain fees. These fees include overdraft fees and penalties on early withdrawals.

Watch for Fraud Scams

A recent FBI public service announcement warns that scammers are leveraging the COVID-19 pandemic to steal money and personal identification information. The agency warned consumers and businesses to do research before clicking on links purporting to provide information on the virus; donating to a charity online or through social media; contributing to a crowdfunding campaign; purchasing products online; or giving up personal information in order to receive money or other benefits.

  • We have increased cleaning protocols and frequency in our branch locations.
  • Our online banking platform remains fully operational 24-hours a day.
  • We encourage clients to utilize online banking whenever possible to allow ease of access and communication.
  • We remain open and fully operational with limited lobby access in some locations.
  • We have a portion of our staff members continuing to work remotely.
  • We have placed restrictions on employee business travel to combat potential exposure and spread of COVID-19 to clients.
